I sstart an airbnb business in my country in Romania, and you say you have to have a cleaning service. How? Because I take 30% commission, I don't have a cleaning team and I still don't make a profit. Where am I wrong? you all say that we should have a cleaning team, but they are expensive and we are left with no profit. So, where am i wrong, because i work full time until midnight, to calculate company fees with platform commissions and etc

we stayed at an upscale abnb in Miami - walking in there was a huge pile of garbage, ants and flies and dirty towels in the washer. it was horrible - they never sent anyone to clean up, we had to take out 8 bags of garbage oursleves
