I came here to post that exact fix in the comments. I had tried everything and then disabled/re-enabled adblock plus and all is working.

Create a new account. Error fixed. This seems to be an account issue. U cant fix that.

I mean it's less annoying to restart the video than watching a 5 seconds ad

please tell me how to fix this problem i cant see this video cuz of error
