FIX for “Final Cut Pro”, update to the latest version | Not compatible with macOS Monterey

updated to sonoma now my final cut pro doesn't work, please give solution

I recently updated my macbook to the Ventura update. Will this work??
Update: It worked but can't import any videos or audio..

Tested on monterey, works but plugins and effects will not load aka apply to the clip in the timeline (Gaussian blur as an example)

When I installed Monterey I could no longer access fcp libraries on my extenal drive. I copied those libraries on my external drive and moved them to my main drive. They still are not usable. Help.
