Why the extra steps? Why not just throw the barricade when using the class ability?

This is a in the trash tier exotic. The fact I could get this instead of ANYTHING ELSE from a vex incursion disgusts me. Make this a fragment as It’d be way better as one. Only practical use is pvp. The stuff with bastion and strand are interesting but there’s far better exotic armors out there.

I honestly don't think every exotic needs to be meta, niche is fine, I like that Bungie is going for something a little weird and different here. seems like it will at least be fun to use and experiment with and might have cool uses in the future if we get new class abilities affecting aspects/fragments or even another new subclass

This would be so helpful in Trials, if your teammate gets picked you could throw it at their res and have you or a teammate get them if they are at distance

In honesty, probably would have been a little better if it were a warlock exotic. Throwable rifts sounds more useful

On a solar class your barri-nade releases a healing burst. Could be wring but i think the slow effect is from a stasis class. If anyone can test this, let me know.

Ita actually not that amazing now if the grenade was already a baracde instead of THINKING to convert it into one and seeing the animation in quick play as someone rushing and killing u it might compete soon as u put on the exotic you SHOULDN'T have to convet t's already a grenade baracde on demand so instead of THINKING to use it its second nature to use as u know what to expect using a grenade... Get it...😑😑

So void titan can now throw away all of his shields? Does he truly love or hate his shields if he tries to weaponize them instead of using them for his own protection?

I guess in a sense you could use your grapple ability on titan without really sacrificing your strand grenade because you can throw your barricades to suspend instead

Barricade aspects and grenade aspects work flawlessly

So why not just use a normal barricade.

This seasons titan exotic is trash asf, legit only good with the Void subclass since ur barricade can give shields when behind it, can save allies but still wack

Certain grenades make some crazy wombo combos with this thing, especially glacier and vortex

If u prep the grenade and wait for your class ability to get to 99% u could throw down 2 barricades.

Would be nice if we had an exotic that lets you carry your shield. But it would ruin gay pvp.
