How to disable wsappx and stop its high CPU/Disk usage (Windows 10)

My pc has emotions, everytime play a video about this. My pc cpu usage goes down from 100 to 6%. when i DAMN CLOSE THE VIDEO, MY CPU USAGE GOES GOD DAMN 200%

It takes so much resources. Can i just click on end task instead?
