You're really funny
ОтветитьAdorei a aula muito obrigado por partilhar seu conhecimento
ОтветитьLove how you teach the small details that sets us up for success.
Ответитьthanks you are great!!!
ОтветитьWhat rubber did you use on this piece, and would you recommend it for use with a more detailed piece?? Also, where could I get one of those tools you used to apply the wax, and the wax as well? Thanks!
ОтветитьHave you tried using filler materials with resin? I have had good success with aquarium gravel as an aggregate. It makes it almost like concrete. And it's cheaper than resin...
ОтветитьHave enjoyed every video I have seen today. And yes, I've been bingeing. 😅
ОтветитьHello Robert, happy to know you
ОтветитьI just love you Robert man
ОтветитьThank you for your videos. They're actually Usefull and .... AND! Not one lame ass, annoying note of background music during the entire instructional video. Again thank you.
ОтветитьGood lord, The amount of useful tips in this video! Awesome Thanks!
ОтветитьThank you for sharing your knowledge. You have a talent for imparting knowledge. The only thing that worries me is that you don't use gloves or a mask, the resin is very poisonous and it's easy to get a resin allergy and then you can never work in a resin environment again, please take care of your health
ОтветитьJust watched my first one of your videos, thought is your some kind of mad scientist. Lol great job.
ОтветитьAll my respect you are expert ❤
ОтветитьWoman bike seat face. I am onto you. pervert.
ОтветитьWhat resin is it? Thank you
ОтветитьFrom an old metal moulder, great video. You've got me interested in resin casting. Well presented and enough information without overloading the learner. I have done some vulcanised rubber moulds for rings and other jewellery and this looks like an interesting new step to take. Thanks.
ОтветитьHi, Robert , I love to watch your videos very much. You are my good teacher.
This is Jasmine from Shenzhen Yijiasan silicone Co, ltd, a leading China manufacturer of RTV2 for more than 15 years
Our main product is Tin cured silicone rubber and Platinum cured silicone rubber for mold making. Good quality
Thanks Robert, I´ve known 3 Roberts in my life! Thanks for your time. I´m a bit worried about the fumes from the resins? I´ve had a long life of solvents, screen cleaners, photo developers and Paist-up Gum Arabic glues, Markers and powerful dies and Aerosole paints. So now can´t take the slightest whiff of solvents. Even soap is too strong now.
So will have to use a high grade filter on my old gasmask I guess. Yet now enjoy a little modeling. Would have been nice with some links to your mold suppliers?
Just asking, as your link did not work.
Have fun.
Is liquid rubber the same as silicone?
ОтветитьI have a crystal container that has a design on the top and I couldn't figure out how to make a mold out of it until I saw you completely cover your cast then just cut it out! helped me allot! Thanks!!
ОтветитьGreat Video!
ОтветитьThank you for this video! About to make my first mold :)
Ответитьas a beginner, is there an alternative to have a 'pressure pot' ... perhaps a vibrating plate - like that of a mobile phone on vibrate?
ОтветитьWait. What was that little pen you used to cover the eyes?
ОтветитьDid you know that if you sand in a figure 8 motion you’ll get it sanded faster and flatter? True story.
ОтветитьThis is an incredible source of information that is simultaneously very entertaining. Thank you so much for your hard work and great sense of humor!
ОтветитьWhy don't you take the bubbles from the silicone rubber/resin via vacuum chamber before pouring it into the mold. Wouldn't such method also save the mold from repeated wear and tear of a pressure chamber?
Another question, do all types of silicones produce bubbles when mixing A & B parts such as Platsil Gels? I don't usually see other channels use a pressure chamber. They just mix and pour. So I am wandering whether Platsil Gels or other Gels do not produce the bubbles when mixed.
I love watching you. I love the silly things you say. I haven't watched for a while so it's really good to see you.
ОтветитьHi Robert! I hope your doing well. ❤
ОтветитьWhat is this ‘sticky wax please for us in the UK ?
ОтветитьI have a polurethane rubber emblem and want to make a mold of it will silicone rubber mold be okay, will that work or would it stick permanantly?
ОтветитьWhat resin do you use
ОтветитьI learned a neat trick for estimating amount of pour needed. After you set it up, before you mix your pour, fill with rice. Then pour rice into measuring cup to give you a fairly accurate measure of what you need. Works with me, but I add just a little more for good luck.
ОтветитьI think i put too many catalsy and it hardened when i pour it
ОтветитьHi Robert. Where you have holes, why don’t you core them with a metal rod? That way, you will not need to block them or be left with a piece of silicone that will harden over timeI am sure you must have a reason, so curious to know. Keep up the good work!
ОтветитьDo you have instructions for that spinner? Loved the video, so informative!
ОтветитьThanks for all the videos. Very detailed and informative. I haven't poured a drop yet, but thanks to your videos, I'm hoping to avoid as many mistakes and frustrations as possible .Thanks again
ОтветитьWHAT ARE YOU PUTTING ON THE MOLDS GELATINA??
ОтветитьSounds a little like "how it's made" guy
ОтветитьNice Extreme reference 👌
ОтветитьI understand how holes can become a problem… but, I’m still confused on how filling them (thus having to drill them after casting them… nvm then needing a separate peg/piece of wire to connect them) outweighs making the mould with a peg/hole system…
It would be amazing to see a video of you showing the best way to reproduce a 5 point articulation action figure without modifying it using silicone & resin…
Is this the Bob Ross of mold making?
ОтветитьHi Robert, what is that pen tool you was using to cover the holes?
ОтветитьYou are very neat person!!
You amaize yourself!!!
Lots of love
Nice video, thanks for sharing 👍🏼
