Another way for the infinity v measure is to calculate the parallel resistance by using the product over sum OR use the reciprocal, over one, plus the reciprocal, plus … all over one. That’s for parThen it’s a simple voltage divider circuit.

I come here as a desparate person attempting to figure out rth for rlc circuits and instead found myself contemplating the ethics of our online presence and attractiveness. I guess that's a good way to spend a delirious 3am morning. Really though, I guess I need to stop running away from nodal analysis; matrices aren't that bad.

vc=12volt so Ic=Vc/3Ω=12/3=4A
