ОтветитьI lost 35 lbs with Popsugar videos, mostly the ones with Anna . Started with the shorter ones, then worked up to longer ones. I've started to regain a few lbs, so I'm back for more workouts!

Still want to keep active to improve as much as I can. I would like to see something I can do for this type of issue along with my physio. Loved your workout just modified a tad. Thank you 🙏
