Great cardio between HIIT resistance band trainings I do each week. 3 days resistance band HIIT; 2 days cardio. 15-minute sessions and the results are unbelievable!

i’m going to be writing my progress (side note i’m a one year cancer survivor and never got into workout after)

day 1: tiring out of breath, & legs are lazy but feeling alive and great 😌

First time doing this workout and gained 31 active zone minutes, absolutely amazing! Will be doing this workout everyday, hoping to lose 1 stone in 5 weeks for a family holiday away! Wish me luck.🤭😂

I lost 35 lbs with Popsugar videos, mostly the ones with Anna . Started with the shorter ones, then worked up to longer ones. I've started to regain a few lbs, so I'm back for more workouts!

Modified cool down suggestions would be great too. These girls are all young and flexible which is great but as a watcher I need some modified cool downs.

Hi there I am new to your channel and I was looking for a low impact workout. I have been recently been diagnosed with scoliosis and have upper body muscle soreness. Still want to keep active to improve as much as I can. I would like to see something I can do for this type of issue along with my physio. Loved your workout just modified a tad. Thank you 🙏

AHh im really over weight and out of shape so workout videos usually have me giving up but this was perfect! It had me sweating but I was able to make it all the way through. Thank you!
