Yoo, does anyone have an updated splitter? I'm trying to capture my old MW3 gameplays on my PS3, but I've had no luck so far. I've already returned like 3 splitters 😢😢

I have a ps3 super slim, orei 1x2 hdmi splitter w/EDID and a elgato hd60s+ and I use obs studio. I did exactly what the video said but I ended up with a black screen on my tv and obs. Then I rearrange a few parts around got it to come on my tv but it didn’t show up on my laptop. Now I did get it somehow to show up on the laptop for a sec and then it goes to black. I’m still trying figure it out but hopefully i can come up with a solution so I can make videos on my ps3.

do u need the splitter for mClassic on the ps3?

We need to find a way to connect the HD60x … I’m not having any luck with it picture coming in to either OBS or elgato 4k capture… HELP

I was having issues doing this daisy chain setup with the switcher that I’ve had , I reversed the input on the switcher coming out from the ps3 to the input on the switcher and the output on the switcher to the input on the elgato where the power also comes in for the usb < and reversed the order ….

Blew my HDMI port on my PS3 slim, I can use component and composite only now on this ps3 slim and I just upgraded the drive to an ssd too . . . Replaced the disc drive that was broken with a working one too over a year ago. Now I gotta buy a whole new system

My advice , just don’t attempt to game capture on a ps3 , it’s too much of a hassle and your system can potentially break in doing so

I have both OREI HDS-102 & HDS-102 have a problem with black screen even when using both at the same time or solo! work for 3 sec then BLACK so annoying I just want play some video games and stream! Been looking all for days. Haven't found anyone with this problem. Its not the cords either works fine on all my other consoles. PS3 is so annoying to record for!

This splitter no longer bypasses hdcp as of April 2023. Returning to Amazon and searching for another
