Beginners Guide To TradingView

What exchange would you recommend for a US trader to leverage above 30. Just getting started.

So you use trading view just to study charts and buy and sell through a separate program? I feel like it would be easier if your broker could just provide this info… and allow you to set your stop losses through them. Sorry I’m super new!

How come I only see simple MA and not just MA in tading view?

i cant change MA for free version, is it paid feature ? settings knob just dont work for me.

Been using TV for about 6 months now, and have been very satisfied. My only complaint, and it drives me nuts, is you cannot change the size of the wicks (proportionally) on the candle. You can make the overall candle whatever size you want, but the wicks are still just skinny little lines extending out of the candle. If you're just looking at a laptop and you're up close to the screen it's not a big deal. However, if you have several large external monitors and you're seated further away to take it all in, the wicks will disappear on you. I don't understand why they can't fix this, it's just software! I've been trading for over 20+ years, and 20 years ago EVERY software package gave you the ability to change the scale and thickness of the wicks. If they fixed this, for me TV would be about perfect, as I love their simplicity. If I'm missing something obvious, please comment and let me know what I am missing. Thanks.

Bad news are that you can now use only 2 indicators on free plan of Trading view... :(

Any recommended broker to use inside Trading View? I've just skim through some of them and most of them seem to have high trading/commission fees

TradingView has reduced the number of free indicators from 3 to 2 several days ago already!
