Super interessant 😊Danke!
Ответитьpuddle jumper
ОтветитьLove the old, elegant NYC fashions on the street. The top hat and coat is amazing. . Today, you see everything under the moon - and sometimes the moon itself - on the street. No class anymore.
ОтветитьCan’t call these rarely seen photos with 93,000 views.
ОтветитьThank you
Ответить❤ I really enjoyed them all. Please do more
ОтветитьElectric car 1912, lol. Here we go again
ОтветитьI am thoroughly impressed with that snow fort. It's amazing!
ОтветитьI realize how important photography really is in recording history. In my life of 73 years, there have been so many changes in the medical field, in computer technology, in transportation, and even just carving the highways through mountain passes making roads safer. They are all so amazing!
ОтветитьMy father also worked for Ford Motors he was an Engineer and tool maker
ОтветитьMy grandfather owned a model T Ford with steps to get in him and my grandmother came to my wedding in it 🎉 lovely memories
ОтветитьCharging an electric car in 1912?
ОтветитьYou need larger print for older people.
ОтветитьGreat Photos,,👀😍🤠🇨🇦
ОтветитьThe Steve Jobs photo looked more like a trade show than a Grateful Dead concert.
ОтветитьWell, that is Dan Kottke. He never told me that story...
ОтветитьThank you for the interesting and education photos
ОтветитьLoved that playground.
ОтветитьLove the old pictures, priceless. Thank you.
ОтветитьThought provoking photos. Thanks for sharing.
The pic of the young Dutch boys was a favorite. The tyke on the far left with his impish grin is hilarious. The wooden shoes, perfect.
Sweet
ОтветитьThe 2 cars that you said that didn't last very long. I found that very fascinating because I just love old cars.
Ответитьnice photos but nothing amazing
ОтветитьWhat impressed me about these pictures were the clothes.
ОтветитьThere is a picture of a postwoman but it was labeled postman. Why? ❤️❤️🌻❤️❤️🧕🏼❤️❤️
ОтветитьThe one pic of friends having a picnic 137 years ago looks like all the indie bands album covers of earlier 2000s. 😂
ОтветитьSo exciting picture of Tutankhamun tomb!!
ОтветитьThe young ladies/girls wrapping Hershey Kisses. Those looks. My heart felt stabbed. All photos are fantastic! Depicting emotions, so much is conveyed in old photography.
Excellent curating, most of which I have not seen ( I'm70 w/extended travel under my belt) & I really appreciate you explaining the particular photo that was an unknown vehicle to me. A thoughtful, visual delight.
More please. Thank you.
I always thought that ladies in those days were oppressed. They look so much happier than ladies are today.
Ответитьi loved the little dutch boys
ОтветитьEnjoyed!
ОтветитьIn 1913 my grandma was 14. Her Dad owned a funeral parlor which they lived above. Lake Shore Dr was just built and my Grandma and her chums had so much fun tooling around LSD and flirting in the company car which happened to be a hearse! It was my grandma's job to bring the death certificates downtown so they made quite a day of it. Apparently, if you could drive then they just went ahead and did it. No license required. But even if it was, what cop would pull over a hearse 😂
ОтветитьGets better with every video
ОтветитьMaybe someday there will be historical photos of you guys!😂
ОтветитьAll were fascinating …I especially like the ones around the 1940s ..I was born during WW2.
ОтветитьThose Hershey girls look, quite rightly, fed up bless them
ОтветитьThat father holding his son up with one hand would have social services onto him nowadays!!!
