ОтветитьThank you for these very beneficial vids Dr. Jo. I've a question regarding mid back pain, which I suffered, my question is this, I do weight lifting and very recently I have added 2 new exercises after which my back pain has diminished drastically, one is laying down on back and doing dumbell serratus lifts from way behind the top of the head and the other is sideways stance lawnmower rows with dumbells, is it merely coincidence or could my back pain had been partially associated with the muscles worked with these two exercises? Best wishes.
