I'm also trying a few more workouts from her but I don't have a workout routine, I'm just trying out somethings and hope they suit me haha
yeah I hope I don't forget this and do it for a long time, but here's my improvement so far
day 1: I've did other workouts before finding about this one, so it wasn't as intense but I definitely felt that burn. the arms were hard, the abs weren't that bad though it still felt great.
day 2: it was INTENSE. probably because it was the first workout I did but it burned really much, I think that means it works. of course no visible change but still feels good
day 3: a little bit easier, but did the robot arms for 30 seconds. I think this is an improvement, cause I did all the others 40 secs unlike other days. first workout of the day again, but it wasn't as hard as yesterday. no visible change but feels good. I'll try to do it again after other workouts I'll update if I don't forget. also, ive hurt my neck badly and i cant move it but im trying my best anyways, this workout doesnt really hurts it that much. i also want to add that my leg is hurt, and im banned from doing sports for months but this workout is still safe to thank you for this
day 4: welp, it hurted. so yesterday after I edited my comment I saw a girl trying to do 1k bicycle kicks(?) (I can put the link if anybody wants it) and I really wanted to try it out. I did 1500, and did much more workout so I was tired af. my body is hurting since this morning, but in a 'hey were improving!' way. not in a sick way. yeah that's why it was hurting but I still did it, and I'll do 1k today again. this workout wasn't as hard since I think I'm getting used to it day by day, also I think it's pretty short and great to spend time. my arms hurted a lot in the last part, keep in mind this is the only arm workout I'm doing. arms were hard but it worked. there's no visible changes but I feel more in shape and lighter. I'll keep you updated
day 6: I'm aware that I skipped day 5, it was Wednesday and my rest day. Im doing other workouts such as the 1k bicycle kicks so I don't really want to continue doing this but I'm just doing it to keep updating here. I'm already skinny (around 160cm and 38kg) so it doesn't have like very much physical effect and it has become easy since I've been doing it for almost a week atp.

ОтветитьI haven’t worked out in years because I’m hyper mobile and I’m prone to dislocating joints and falling because my ligaments are like cooked spaghetti so I have no idea where to start building strength without having to worry falling. This helps so much and it felt so good to have done a workout again❤

Have had some pretty traumatic moments since last September so just been feeling like staying in bed once I got my bachelors. Also am physically impaired after previous traumatic brain injuries and stroke
this is killer does get heart pumping as soon as I wake up.
Plus u taking a breather makes it more comfortable to do! ❤

day 2✅ it was hard but not bad
day 3✅ i had no motivation but i did it i felt lazy
day 4✅ it was the same as yesterday
day 5 ✅ it starting to get easier
day 6✅ the same as yesterday
day 7✅ everyone is starting to get easier
day 8✅ i feel like it doesn’t do much now

ОтветитьI like this work out but I don’t like that you associate laziness with not being able to do normal activities. I suffered a stroke from birth control and I’m now a permanent Hemeplegic. So I’m not lazy, I’m paralyzed. you need to do better.

ОтветитьCan I just say that it helps so much to see a real reaction to exercising even for a fit person. Sometimes it’s hard to want to keep working out when your instructor is so energetic and unfazed by the exercise. So to see that it’s even hard or uncomfortable for you helps us that struggles. It just make me feel less alone I guess. Idk. Thank you for making videos that let us know hey it’s easier than you think and you can do it too
