I have a 1 dollar bill with an ink smudge on the back. The eagle is missing about half of its small tail feathers. It also messed up the left leg. Is this something I should check into??

I have a 10 dollar bill 2013 series with S7 printed on it. I also have a 5 dollar bill same 2013 series with WU27 printed on it. I do not have any idea what they are. Any ideas? Thank you. Can you reply?
