ОтветитьDoes this condition usually get better if you do all the right things? Or is it permanent?
ОтветитьThanks!! You have no idea how much pain that felt unbearable both day and night which gave me insomnia and a crappy attitude to others. My only relief is prescribed OxyCodone from my doctor but I don’t want my life taking opioids for the rest of my life. God bless you immensely and again thank you 🙏

ОтветитьHi. I have a question, if you don't mind. Why stretching exercises? Why do you think that by doing these exercises, you can get results?
ОтветитьThanks doc. It's helping. I've been doing some of the exercises but now I've started learning the mechanics. You know how horrible it feels for a guitarist. Thanks once again.
ОтветитьThis is a great video! I am going through chemotherapy at the moment and I have noticed my hands and fingers have started to be affected by it. Just by doing these exercises while watching this, I can feel the difference from the movement. I will certainly be doing this every day during treatment, and post-treatment!
ОтветитьHello Dr Jo. I'm new to your channel. Will these stretches help with a burning sensation that I'm feeling in my hands sporadically when something touches my hand or I move my hand or arm a certain way? I've been experiencing this throughout the day for several days. Is this peripheral neuropathy?
ОтветитьReally good! I have developed small fiber neuropathy. These felt really good.
ОтветитьThank you very much
ОтветитьAwesome!!!
ОтветитьThanks for reposting this so that it came up in my feed. 🙏🏽 I tried it just now and it felt pretty good. 😁 We'll see if it helps with night time tingle fingers. Do you have anything similar for feet or hip joints? 💜
ОтветитьThanks

Hello.... It's really wonderful vedio... Can u suggest me something as while writing I feel too much pain in thumb area nd associated joints... I m suffering from writers cramp from past few years... Thanx in advance 😊
ОтветитьI did the hand exercise and my joints went "pop, snap" without the crackle. My little finger pops at the second joint from the top but not painful. I guess that means I have arthritis in my fingers. I will continue to do the exercises and hopefully that will help also with the arthritis.
ОтветитьAm I able to work as a mechanic with this type of problem?

ОтветитьMy fingers are 90% recovered from numbness due to pinched nerve in forearm that healed naturally. Odd thing is the fingers and palm feel normal when cold but kinda prickly/sensitive when warm. Can they get better in time or is this the new normal? Im still amazed the exercises worked though.
ОтветитьIf you could for trigger finger exercise. Thank you so much for all your videos!!
ОтветитьWhat if my fingers were stuck?
ОтветитьThank you ❤️
ОтветитьYO Dr. Jo! Love the interaction and the humor. I am a 72-year old male, post ischemic stroke from 2014. I just found your site. That being said, I may be repeating a question from before. My situation, since all strokes are unique to match our humanness, I played folk and classical guitar. Now, when I play, my hand begins to complain (pain level = 7) within a few minutes (5-8), depending on playing variables, like capo, string thickness, barre chords and fancy foot (oops) finger work. My ask, any suggestions, references, referrals in Denver or expert advice is greatly appreciated.
