I dont have MoD folder

How do i get a eup folder?

I have given up even attempting to setup and play lspdfr after spending hours watching tutorials and only half of what I'm doing working I give up and will never attempt lspdfr again.

i tried all steps but my EUP menu wont show up when i press f11, yes the EUP loaded ingame just wont show up for me

I followed you steps on how to download eup but im not getting a eup folder in my gta main directory plugins folder please help

i used to play LSPDFR all the time and i installed eup like your video showed but im missing the EUP folder in the plugins folder i only have eupmenu.dlll
