Love this one! I always prefer the videos with more talking because your voice is great for ASMR, and also because you have such valuable things to say! Along the same lines as "graceful transition" - maybe a video with the theme of acceptance when it comes to letting go? I had a phase of my life that was magical, and now that I'm in a different phase that's definitely not magical and full of more struggle, I find myself very bitter and depressed about it.

The only constant is change. Thanks for doing an affirmative session on recognizing it for what it is and working through it.

Thank you for this reiki session, Anna! I have both of my knees replaced and last week I tripped over my dog and had a horrible fall. When you placed your hands on the knees during this session, I felt an incredible energy flow and it made my muscles and joints instantly relax. Thank you so much! This helps me out till my next doctor appointment.

In Southern Az we have 2 seasons we go thru.. summer for 9-10 months straight into 2-3 months of winter. Lol so yes the transition is real from one extreme to another. My transitions n transformations in life are that extreme as well. Great video
