I actually got my account with the following steps....
1. I searched for NELSONETHICS1
2. I sent him a direct mes_sage and waited for him response
3... I explained what had happened and also gave him the necessary information needed.

i keep getting told to use the reset password feature, but i cant as they deactivated my email attatched then they said to provide in a new submit form the verified email or the billing email and i have access to neither

do i need to have an email on the account for them to give it back

pls pls pls i need to wait now 2-3 days

If you didn’t include that in the initial submission, you can reply to this message and provide the username," and some useless articles, reply to that email, and say the username of the hacked account and the account information you need back.
