This is very helpful, thank you. I have a question. I have a Recovery Drive (D) that came installed with the compute and this is where the recovery points are located but I can't access it. Is there anyway to access to delete restore points aside from the "Disk Management" tab since it wasn't actually deleting any restore points to begin with?

System protection won't come on, I click on it and nothing happens.

I HATE Win10. After the update it's worse than Win8. I didn't want to have to do a system restore every time I booted to get my display resolution back to normal. So I used Windows 10 reset. < big mistake! It said the same thing, some programs MAY not be available. But NONE of them were available. I had to start all over; re-install anti-virus, WoW, Firefox, Startpage, all saved file lost.
My previous restore point is gone too. I blew it trusting anything ms had as a system option.

I had gotten the black screen of death so I had to restore luckily I had another computer I was able to salvage my games from the hard drive but a restore point would have saved me so much time
