Hi I followed this recipe using chicken thighs with drumsticks attached, I did the 30 minutes than flipped did 15 minutes more. I had zero juices lol it kinda stuck a little bit so I drizzled a little EVOO. My question is, why do you think I had no liquid in my chicken lol so weird
