HyperX Ngenuity Software Tutorial for Mechanical Keyboard - Save RGB Profiles and Macros MAY 2020

This software seems kinda limited. Is there no way to create custom animations?

Thing is, I have my keyboard connected and all but it isn't showing up in the software? I don't know how to make it visible there. I have a hyperx mic and im wondering if that has something to do with the issue but I really doubt it

I m having a problem idk how it happened.
My base colours isn't working . Fn f1 2 3 idk . I'm pressing it. I t worked 3 times I did it for test and pressd f4 it stopped working. Is it possible to reset it?

Don't buy these keyboards... They are GARBAGE.. after 3 weeks, the keys started failing, contacted hyperx, they basically told me to buy a new keyboard. No RMA, no option to buy replacement switches, the switches are soldered onto the board.. .this company basically just generates E-Waste

Hi! Does anyone know how to re-configure where the braces are? When I'm at Assignments/ Keyboard function, I can't combine alt+other key, therefore I can't invoque the brace :( I can't paste it neither.
