SSIS How To Set Up PackageConfigurations For ConnectionManagers

dude u just ended my search for a solution to my problem. iv spent the entire day trying so many different things. For anyone elses benefit, if you get a "failed to decrypt xml node" on a sql job, thats running a ssis package thats connecting to azure sql database, use a config file like what this guy did.
