How To Insert Text Box in Google Docs (2022)

Can a text box be added so a user can add info like on a form

I inserted a text box into a Google Drive word document.
When I go to view the document in Google Drive, the last line of text typed within the text box appears cut off.
Any suggestions to fix this please?
