How much latency is there when you play an instrument in standalone mode?

Native Instruments sent METRO BOOMING the Maschine.. lol! METRO never used it! We know for a fact that he uses a Akai MPC Live,X Mpc2000xl,Touch and FL STUDIOS to create his magic!

Shouldnt even be called a standalone i cant Standalone dont even have battery smh.

Bought this with Komplete 14 collectors edition. Making music with your hands instead of a mouse is so much better. Now ditch the computer. DJ controllers are doing the same thing too. Maybe next maschine+ will have a battery like the people have been complaining about.

Hi . I came across this video of his due to a problem and I don't take advantage of his vast experience in case he has a moment to advise me. I have a problem with komplete kontrol mkII. Maschine window and daw job 2; everything up to date including komplete kontrol software with Native access. Everything works except for one "small" detail: the keyboard doesn't play the loaded sounds, and it doesn't seem to send midi signals to the computer. So all the functions (load sounds, mixer, channel selection, play, stop, ... etc go and work the daw) but the keys don't play or record any sound or track.
I reloaded the daw and also the diel kontrol software but nothing.
In the "controller" dropdown of Maschine 2 kontrol mk2 it is regularly selected, however I realized that if I go to the preferences in the midi setting where I have to select input or output device, in fact, I don't see any device to select.
In short, there is something wrong and it seems by deduction both in the operating systems also because I have always connected via USB kontrol mk2 to maschine plus in standalone mode everything works and plays as well; while with maschine plus in controller mode it doesn't work anymore.
Can you give me some pointers?

🤠 I see these being discounted now. Does that mean V2 is coming? The problem with standalone hardware is you're stuck with the power of the machine until an updated model releases & then you have to shell out again & the second-hand market is flooded with the older units. Maschine being a MIDI controller running NI software sticks to the modular ethos.

How can I order Maschine + from the website for my son if the shipping and billing screen is not working... I have a shipping address and the billing address is different, but when I uncheck the billing same as shipping address box, it will not let me put in my billing address... It keeps the shipping address instead... I'm not trying to send it to myself...

What is the max audio recording time per project and at which rate?

You guys should make a keyboard with komplete on it. Would be venturing into korg kronos territory, but if you had different versions like you do with the komplete kontrol keyboards I can see them being very popular.I was looking for something recently that could play back audio,control external hardware synths and have quality sounds. kronos was just too expensive. Went the laptop daw route. But an all in one would be killer

This is definitely not for me because I'm more of a studio guy who's already very happy with Maschine Mk3 + Push, but even so I can recognize quality when I see it and this is *sweeet*. Assuming it has the same amazing pads as the 'original' Maschine and you already have a potential winner on your hands in my book.

Pretty interesting range of reactions. I think it just goes to show that workflow is a very personal thing. I am personally really excited about this.

Really really hoping this isn’t mostly just a preset-fest a lot of the reviews I’ve seen so far seem to focus on just picking presets and messing with them as opposed to using your own samples and creating synth sounds from scratch...for this price it needs to be for sound designers and musicians not just geared towards beginners

price should be like 799.. should've had touch screen. load vst plugins..maybe instruments. overall quiet dated already. we want more than just limited grooveboxes.
