if possible we are expecting to see clean way of programming in your examples.
Like not writing logic and ui in the widget states but separate bloc class , streambuilder, rxdart instead of setStates .

When using a single API key for my Flutter app, does the rate limit of 60 QPM apply per API key or per user? In other words, if 60 different users make requests using the same API key within a minute, will the free quota be exhausted and subsequent requests from new users fail until the next minute?
