My socket arrived without screws, screw-caps, a mark for the drainhole or - most inexplicably - the 'quarter turn fixings'. I got it months ago & innocently assumed everything was in the box so I cannot return it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT without thoroughly checking the contents.

Opened up the drain holes on one before and wondered why it kept tripping the breaker - a slug had found it’s way in and fried itself between the live and earth

Can I use this just to pop plug inside after use during summer as I dont have outside plugs

What screws/plugs does everyone use to make sure the socket/box is firmly fixed and doesn't come off the wall when pulling out those awkward plugs?

can I ask what cable stripper that is?

you should always tap in new plugs in as well

Nice job! the only thing I would have done besides is run some Silicone above the cable entry eather above the rear entry point or near the top deflect any water running behind the box!

We just use these outside: ARTIC IP44 SURFACE 2-SOCKET-OUTLET
