I think that's a good idea to make an animation series in Soviet setting, something like "Arcane" but in USSR 30-es with references to Bulgakovs "Master and Margarita" with "Stalins empire style" with alternative history of rebuilded Moscow by Stalins plan, with finished "Palace of Soviets", or in setting of cold war from Soviet perspective, or in setting of Russian civil war 1918-1922

You should make a version of Star Spangled Man or Captain America March with this same Russian music quality and call it the Red Guardian theme
