Glossing over the fact they moved production from Korea to Indonesia because the Korean workers demanded decent pay.
ОтветитьPT cort Indonesia pabriknya di Mojokerto Jawa Timur
ОтветитьMy first electric was the CR100. 4 years later and it’s still my favourite. This is going up against a Mexican fender strat
Ответитьthat's a huge router bits
ОтветитьNext time piss off with those annoying intrusive “factory fact” you aren’t a bloody tv show….
ОтветитьMy son has a Cort 4-string bass, which I think is a TR. It is one of the nicest-sounding basses I have ever heard.
Ответитьmade in indonesia
ОтветитьCool
ОтветитьI feel very satisfied when I see people fabricating, finishing and assembling a quality product. I really like this video.
ОтветитьMy first guitar was a cort...
ОтветитьMy 2000usd Ibanez is made
ОтветитьI have never wanted a Cort guitar. Usually play Ibanez and Scecter however I banez has lost it's appeal to me over the past few years because quality control has gone down the toilet. I am now looking at buying a cort after watching this.
ОтветитьInteresting to see how the guitars are manufactured. It is a shame the flow of the video is interrupted by those Factory Facts as they are quite distracting.
ОтветитьNice video.
ОтветитьЭто офигенно!!
ОтветитьLooks more modern than most American factories.
ОтветитьI have 2 Cort guitars, and to be honest, they are immaculate, by far the best I've owned, coming from Esp and Ibanez, I prefer my Corts by a landslide.
ОтветитьHello. I have Cort kx507ms. Got a big scratch on it yesterday. Please help me find out what composition the body of the guitar is coated with at the factory. I'll try to restore the coverage. Thank you
ОтветитьOne million guitars a year, three thousand workers, almost a guitar a day per worker, no wonder they have intonation issues, have tried to make a couple of these professionally playable, waste of time, spend your money on a good name, if you have to. Pick one of these up second hand for 50 bucks, garbage.
ОтветитьSo at least some of the finishers have masks --better than the Gibson factory. And many of the workers seem to have masks to protect from sawdust. I like the mechanical finisher. It's no wonder most people choose them to make guitars. They probably have improved to use CNC and other automated machines.
ОтветитьMy cr200 is phenomenal, thank you Indonesians 😊
ОтветитьRemember.. You must respect the wood
ОтветитьThat guy is wearing an Atticus cap lfg
Ответитьmy cort x100 made in indon.. the body wood is very soft. it can dented easily with my fingernails...such a low quality wood. and the tuner they installed not straight.. and the no 1 n 2 strings can see clearly not centred with the magnet of the pickup.. lastly the QC info of my approved guitar was not well written.. got no any numbers on it after being quality checked... sad but true.. whose to blame here?...
ОтветитьI sent a mail many times, but never got an answer. I have 2 masterpiece Custom Shop model. Bad attitude...
ОтветитьGot a Cort g290 fat a couple of months ago and it is beautiful! Thanks Cort factory people. 🙂
ОтветитьТеперь понятно, почему мой kx500ms сделан через задницу))) Лады пришлось шлифовать, на накладке сучек, лак супертонким слоем лежит, пятка подогнана с зазором в миллиметр.
ОтветитьCort was always the junk guitars you see at Farmers market stores... or strip mall music stores... i though they were junk.
ОтветитьI think a part of the indonesian factory is building Strandbergs.
ОтветитьNot Indonesian Luthiers Is Korean
ОтветитьBest marketing is quality. Good job, Cort!.
ОтветитьWonderfull to see the birth of a guitar
ОтветитьI have a Cort Sunset Nylectric and I love it ! I would like know where to find parts for my guitar
ОтветитьBeautiful. I need the volume control part for my Cort Sunset Nylectric Guitar. Where can I buy it.Thanks!!!
Ответитьdo you pay your factory workers a livable wage
ОтветитьSo it is true then. Eddie Van Halen reportedly waxed his pickups and boiled his strings since Cort wax do that with their in house pickups build.
Ответить🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩
ОтветитьWait, the factory made pick up himself too? So, If the guitar use Seymour Duncan or EMG pick up, are that pick up built in Cort Factory in Indonesia too?
ОтветитьA mi me regalaron una cort acústica hace 10 años.
Costó unos 600 euros. Suena desde el primer dia fantàstica y apenas se desafina con el cambio de cuerdas. Sólo he cambiado 3 juegos. Ahora repetiré con una cort elèctrica.
Esta marca ( Cort ) hace guitarras para todas las marcas con renombre del mercado.
Calidad precio son sencillamente fantásticas y no son una segunda marca de NADIE
Cort as a brand is getting stronger and stronger. Please considder to buy a bass amplifier brand.
ОтветитьFeeling Proud to own a Cort X11, that guitar is fuckin amazing and it plays like butter. Everything about this guitar is top notch except the Floyd Rose licensed bridge system, it gets out of tune all the time and it is a headache especially if you use the whammy bar like normally.. 😪 !?? Seriously.. it SUCKS for real plus the huge cone is the whammy bar gets loosened and wobbly and you can’t trust it anymore, it will make your playing crappie … the locking system beneath the whammy bar gets fucked up if you use the whammy bar back and forth. Cort guitars are always top notch in terms of build quality (TONE FUCKIN TONE, these are the guitars made for TONE, because these guys are so notorious to do the BEST Kilin Dry process to tone their wood slabs for production, plus these guys throw either Seymour Duncan humbuckers or EMG humbuckers on their top series of production lines.
A humble request to Cort, pls get rid of that Floyd Rose copy loser tremolo fucking crap system, it is a pain in the ass. There are tons of really stable and reliable trem systems on the market, pls purchase them and throw them in your machines … !.
You have great guitars, but you don't have to treat your workers like shit. That is uncalled for. They deserve to be paid and respected.....
ОтветитьNice! Never played a Cort, but damn that quilted top looks pretty sick!
ОтветитьCan you give me as a gift...
ОтветитьI own a cort M600 and i will tell you i would gladly be a spokes person for the quality and care you take in the process of building fine guitars. Its no wonder Paul Reed Smith decided to partner with you. Thank you !! ive enjoyed my Cort for many years.
ОтветитьQue pedo Cort mi guitarra salió mal de fabrica, como le vamos a hacer soy de tierra 🇲🇽voy a esperar respuesta
Ответить
