For example: Maybe a low ranked team would start with pistol only, then get a specter and light shield. After switching sides they maybe can full buy, etc, etc. This gives a sense of suspense to the video as the opposing team would slowly face an increasing challenge!

Going to go out a limb here and say that that's a boosted Radiant; I didn't see anything spectacular judging from his aim or his game sense, his gameplay seems more suited towards Diamond-Ascendant, and I wouldn't even go as far to say he's immortal. Either that's a boosted account or bought account, from my speculation. Sorry, there's just no chance he's a legit radiant.

The fact that you just advocated for what basically can be a boost service makes me lose a little bit of respect. I do enjoy the content but the fact that you are advocating for what comes down to RMT MMR Boosting which not only is a problem plaguing ranked but is against TOS is kinda baffling to me.
