It looks like an interview with a serial killer but it is just that scammers
Ответить"something that weighs 12 pounds" <looks at my 1/4 pound phone>
ОтветитьWow. Such a great interview. I'm surprised how many things he spoke about are still valid after 40 years. Easy to use, privacy, intelligent devices
ОтветитьI don’t know why but it’s kind of creepy to me that I’m watching the inventor of my iPhone describe his business. It feels kind of dystopian for some reason
ОтветитьGreat man
ОтветитьWatching in 2024, this was back when computers were going to be bicycle for the mind!
ОтветитьIncredible how all this power that could propel humanity still does not pay the rent of majority of people
ОтветитьI never tire of listening to Steve Jobs interviews.
ОтветитьA thief
Ответитьand then Steve says: well hold you breath, in about 26 years I will release a phone you can carry around, and in 3 more years I will release a tablet like computer . The phone can be your phone, your TV, a movie player, an Internet communicator, a game console, a music player, 2000 songs, 200 movies, 800 books, a face to face communicator, a camera, a video camcorder, a calculator, a calendar, a weather reporting device, a stock buy and sell device, a driving navigator, a bank account viewer and transaction executor, a phone, an Internet communicator, do you get it?
ОтветитьHard to believe this is the same guy that would fire you if he didn't like the clothes you were wearing
ОтветитьGenius Charlatan. He said iPhones were like a bicycle for the mind. They are actually like junk food for the mind. He made the whole population. Notch dumber and raked in the cash. What a piece of *#*#
ОтветитьIf Jobs was alive to see how the iPhne has destroyed our minds and emotions he’d be sick to his stomach.
Ответитьhe was so much ahead of time
ОтветитьTo be
ОтветитьI have used iphone (Apple) yet. Miss Steve Jobs though. How's he's built Apple empire over the back of young Generation.
ОтветитьLove the Logo
ОтветитьPity he hated taking showers
Ответить40 years and we e got quantum computers and robots ..robots are the future
ОтветитьGreat mind, great person!
ОтветитьCan’t believe he is 27 here.
ОтветитьFor anyone who cares, the last 40 seconds are the most valuable of the who sheeeebang.
ОтветитьBrokaw and Jobs at the stripclub afterward snorting capacitors up their wigwams
ОтветитьSlip sliding away.... Slip sliding awaaaay... Youknow the near'r destination the more you slip sliddin' away....... 🎶
Ответить+ How much blow did he snort the night before? Does it matter? Are we on the same planet? Who cares.
ОтветитьHe has know idea what he's talking about. Look at him mincing around is it a home computer or not, a computer you can have a relationship with and then throw it out the window because it costs $12. If it wasnt apple it would something else, if it wasnt Jobs it would have been someone else.
ОтветитьBoring, self centered
ОтветитьI can only imagine how great this man's parents were and how wonderful his upbringing was, nature and nurture coming together in harmony.
ОтветитьSo from the freedom envisaged in the personal computer back then, we have now so fully integrated our PC's, laptops, handhelds and other electronic devices into the internet that they really are just terminals for one global network mostly useless disconnected.
ОтветитьIt was all staged.
ОтветитьThe best takeaway for me is at the end: "how do you build an executive core around a company like this, obviously you and your partners had to take an awful lot of responsibilities." Steve: "Well one of the things that we always did was we tried to hire somebody who was better than us in a particular thing, that's still my greatest job around here. So you try to hire just really outstanding people that are much too senior for the current job you have, but you know you're planning to grow so fast that in six months the job is just right for them, and in a year they're scrambling to keep up with it."
ОтветитьNo black turtleneck. This wasn't even his final form.
Ответитьイケメン過ぎる
VERY COOL MAN!
Rudely interrupts like the uninventive, chatlatan abusive slimeball he was. As one who invented nothing and continually subtracted value, that he is celebrated continually baffles.
ОтветитьBro it’s wild that he was asked to answer these questions of like “what can a person even do with computer?”
ОтветитьIs there something so fundamental in our time as was the proliferation of computing power during job’s time?
… That question may have a trillion dollar answer
Who is the host?
ОтветитьImagine you’re 25 and someone is asking you so what’s left to do? Genius!
ОтветитьIf only he could see how fast and deeply the next revolution in tools is about to change the world so soon after he helped create the previous
ОтветитьSaying no to things unrelated to your goals, the Steve Jobs quote, is still underrated.
ОтветитьOkay! 4Dollars!
ОтветитьI was just 1 year old back then.
Ответитьive listened to this on spotify - his neighbor story is very interesting
ОтветитьI need his hair routine
ОтветитьBehind Jobs is the monitor i always wanted for my TI-99/4A as featured on most of their adverts, but couldn't find it anywhere.
ОтветитьLittle did he know they’d be editing on a Mac
