How to do it for g4ad.xlarge instance type?

Thank you for the tutorial. I would like to point out that there is an additional step that is required after the NVIDIA driver installation is completed and instance is restarted. As per AWS documentation, in the Device Manager of Windows, Microsoft Basic Display Adapter needs to be disabled (Basic ONLY, not the Remote one). Before I did that, I was getting an InfoROM driver error.
