ОтветитьJust yesterday I did basic shrugs when working on my traps and I felt that it wasn't the most optical workout and was wondering if there could be a better alternative. Definitely doing this next week.

ОтветитьTo be fair barbell is still better then dumbbell shrugs I recently switched dumbbell to barbell cuz of the wider grip and little more activation

ОтветитьAgree, these are very underrated. Snatch Grip Shrugs and heavy farmer carries are also just as good if not better. (my opinion). And, snatch grip high pulls, which may actually be the best overall to build traps.
