How To Trade Part-Time while Working a Full-Time Job

Markets taking a hit from the war.. I also aspire to be a swing trader I know nothing of day trading. And don’t want watch a stock screen all day. I also buy stocks for the longer term. It’s a tough business.

My goal is just to beat the returns over DCA investing. Also to be able to identify trend reversals and exit at the right time so dont lose money and hold during a downtrend. Also, short sell to profit in a downtrend.Currently, Id be happy with just a few thousand a year extra to supplement my income. I just started this year and had amazing luck with tsla, made a few thousand but made a few bad trades afterward costing me a couple hundred, still in the green😂. Id be so happy if i can be successful doing this as a side hustle.

I have a 11pm- 3pm for 2 days then 7am-11pm 4 days a week :) I have access to trade at work. So I get paid to trade.

Do you swing trade over the weekend besides extended hours during the week?

9 to 7 is also lucky because as a chef my job requires me to work 8 to 10 😅

HumbledTrader… do you trade mostly us stocks or Canadian stocks . How does it work for you I just opened a TFSA Wealthsimple account and am looking to get going I invested in some Canadian companies like TD n ENB … I baught a US stock it went up 4 dollars and I lost money, i have no idea how lol
