Every now and then, I come upon one that has slip through my fingers. Always an agreable surprise when that happens. And this one is what I call a "syncher" as its easy to synchronize the inbreath and outbreath with the 2 main tones. I love it Zac! Keep it up!

I'm a little late on this, becuase I forgot the date, but just wanna say happy first anniversary for this.

I slept with this just yesterday, getting help from my councillor, and the music helps remind me of my long lost best friend that I haven't seen within 13 years, now. I think I said my story before where I said I wanted to move on, but in reality, I just couldn't. She was like a sister to me for how she took cared of me, but it was my school's fault for the reason we've been separated.

I have Faith that one day, when the time is right, that I'll finally get to see her again. Her and especially her optimism inspired me so much to keep moving forward, and I wanna feel like I'm making her spirit proud of me. 💜

Not sure why but I keep getting advertisements before the video (which is totally fine) but also during the video! I usually play these videos when I sleep and omg…the advertisements freak me out. Please can you look into this?

I come back to this one more than any other. Those lower tones going in and out like breath, like an ocean. The higher tones like planets singing, like space whale angels, like the music of the spheres. This one soothes me most of all.

I’m having my third baby and owee am I having so much insomnia and an unrestless mind going at 100mph and this actually helps me stay calm and get the sleep that I need I have a 2yr old and a 1yr old both boys and here we are again pregnant with a 3rd another thing about me is I’m wheelchair bound since 2015 I’m glad there are sounds and relaxing videos like this I can look up too beacuse this one pregnancy is way worse then my first 2 ❤️ Thankyou so much!
