Cinematic Drone Editing in 4 Steps in Premiere Pro for Beginners

premiere pro is having a really tough time just playing the footage in the preview panel. I checked my task manager performance and my pc is not being pushed hard at all, I think it is a problem with the codec and premiere not agreeing. I've tried every single trick to try and get it to play smoothly but nothings working

So im consudering moving from capcut to adobe bcos my drone footage lags badly when editing. I can see here yours was smooth. Is this bcos of your pc speed or is adobe better for playback footage?
