Interview Thank You Email

This is informative. If you have no access to the official emails, can you use Gmail if that's what is available?

What about internal interview? Should I send a thank you email?

If you didn't answer a question during the interview with the concrete examples that were required because you blanked out, would it be OK to mention them in the thank you email?

What does it truly mean when you ask a prospective employer is they have any vacancies and they ask you send your resume, does mean they are just being nice or polite or does it actually mean they are genuinely interested in the skills and experience you can brin to the table?

Your thoughts on handwritten versus email? I would have never considered handwritten as an appropriate method; however, I've recently seen this suggestion and I can see the pros. Would love your thoughts!

Should I send a thank you letter or email if they are making a decision on the job immediately after my interview? I was the last interview.

Question I had a interview for a village job after they asked me all the questions from the packet they asked me if I had any questions. But they never went over the job role at all . Does that mean they are not interested in me?

If you had a second interview that went reasonably well, and asked several good questions but forgot to ask where do we go from here or what timing do you expect, is it okay to include this in the thank you email?

What to do if they don't call you when they booked a time to have a call with you? That just happened to me today.

My question would be should you only send this if the interview went smoothly? I had a somewhat shaky interview and I did consider sending one but I thought maybe I would look a bit try hard. As he told me the “hr representative would get back to me” and he had more candidates to interview which I took as a bad sign. I had been referred by another manager who I will email to thank regardless of the interview outcome.

i mentioned in your second interview video last week...i did not have anyones email except the hr persons...i asked her for their emails but she said she couldnt provide them to me...she said she would pass along my message...also i emailed her that the same day asking for emails...it took her two days to get back to me...so how does that work...i tried getting them a message the same day but the hr person was delayed getting back to me
