Speed & Performance Coach, Judd Lienhard, created his program MASS Method to help you improve: Movement, Athleticism, Strength, and Speed.

This is the third video in Judd's Flow Series, which introduce a series of unique movements he created that work the muscles in sequence. Each "Flow" simulates a different athletic movement like swinging a bat or a club or throwing a ball. The Flows were designed to be an active warm up before a heavier more intense workout.

There is a sequence of muscle activation and deactivation with each movement. These unique movements create the Flow Series. Mastering the Flow Series is a functional way of training that will build muscle while increasing athletic performance.
