Ответить👍❤
ОтветитьGenuinely caring about your customers journey is key! They have a problem and you're lucky enough to potentially help them solve their problem...😊
ОтветитьAwesome videos
ОтветитьI work for metro and i have a hard time hitting quota my store has little traffic most people say they didnt know my store was there how can i fix this? Please and thank u
ОтветитьVery nice.
ОтветитьThe title is confusing because this video is from 6 years ago
ОтветитьShould be 'persuade',
not 'convince'...
(people to buy).
Bro the video is 8 years old and you say it's for 2022?
Ответитьmost people care surely?
ОтветитьI'm having my first day tomorrow as a retail sales. This helped me to understand better how I can assist the people im gonna be helping out. Thank you so much! :)
ОтветитьThis tips are great, but retail is largely finished. In retail banking or a mobile phone outlet, for example, these tips worked until about ten years ago. Customers will only only come to you if they don't speak enough English to use the company website or if they have a problem and expect you to spend your, ever diminishing, sales time solving it. Not selling them something they prefer to buy on the website or app.
Ответитьwait you made video for 2022 8 years beforehand 😂
ОтветитьI don't care about suits what else you got
ОтветитьI wish people wouldn't avoid retail workers. We are there to help you. I would say most sales people don't just look at your wallet. We are truly there to help you find the right thing for you. Try being nice to retail workers. When we say good morning, please answer and don't say "just looking " reply good morning
ОтветитьGood advice. Have a good motivation and Build friendship
ОтветитьIf you don’t love to help people, retail isn’t for you. It’s not just customers, these are humans and sometimes it’s more than just shopping for them. Especially now days, people want to have interaction with other people due to loneliness or neglect from home. There’s many reasons why you should go out of your way for a stranger, not just to get a sale but to just be a kind person for them that day.
ОтветитьI'd definitely be more willing to buy from someone who sells to me like this. The last thing I want is for someone to be pestering me and pressuring me to buy.
ОтветитьSo nice information about retail business Evan carmichel believe
ОтветитьI got a question in order to reduce the risk would you recommend offering the discount ?
ОтветитьPeople buy from people they like or relate to. People buy on emotion usually not logic. Letting people buy and take it home and telling them they can bring it back is called the “puppy dog close”. No one returns a puppy. Believe sounds like the ridiculous phrase they use to use in Baltimore City. There’s nothing to believe in. It’s not a religion.
ОтветитьThanks Sandra for connecting me to easyhacker137 on telegram I got my too just off recent it cool legit no he’s great💯
ОтветитьReally liked your 'CARE' point Masha-Allah
ОтветитьI like how you care about your followers, love man
ОтветитьFunny enough I have never been convinced by any sales person to buy a particular item cos before I step out I already have my budget and what I need to buy. However I get convinced when I see a Facebook, WhatsApp or Instagram post about a product. Funny
ОтветитьLove it
ОтветитьSorry Evan can’t let people touch stuff right now
Ответить1. Actually Care
2. Let them touch it
3. Reduce the Risk
Nice Michael but I need more to learn specially about how to know what's right thing and right place and amount and venue to sell ?
ОтветитьCool. Nice one. I never forget a sales quote from a Tod Duncan Book, "High Trust Selling" I think it was called, years ago that has impacted me and served me since, "PEOPLE BUY PEOPLE, NOT PRODUCT." Gold.
ОтветитьGreat masege.
ОтветитьI loved it, all things were that I wanted to here, 🤗💜
ОтветитьThank you my sales increase by 70% after i follow your advice on let them touch it. Women above 30 and gender of third sex increased by 70%
ОтветитьSUPER&POWERFUL
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьI also work at armani
Ответить“get them to touch it”
me: 😳ok
Big ups 2020
ОтветитьHi there I work online for a company I love my job my customers are also becoming friends but what I would like to know what would your top 10 selling tips be for online retailers
ОтветитьIt is so important to care about your client. I remember many years ago in our fine furniture store in Calgary, Canada watching a previous client (couple) walk into the store, and I recognized them as I had sold them some furniture a few years prior to this . I for the life of me couldn't remember their name!
I thought , well they certainly will remember me so I went into our storage vault and looked through the old customer account cards for a few minutes and found theirs-and their name -and when I approached them and welcomed them by repeating their name, they were so ( flabbergasted) .. and probably a little impressed.. that they bought a ton of furniture from our store that day. That taught me a lesson I will never forget.
I'm a service man not a " sales men "
ОтветитьThanks for this. Starting a retail job soon selling products at a price range way above my comfort zone, these tips are definitely a reassurance to my mentality to selling
ОтветитьNumber one should have product knowledge second thing customer care and service
ОтветитьLet them touch it😂
ОтветитьWondering if this will work for bake sales too other then "let them touch it"
ОтветитьOh yeah, let them to try and see the fault that they did on your lovely items 🤨
ОтветитьHow many salary in india

ОтветитьThank you for this video! I think it’ll help me a lot. I started working as a sales associate at Foot Locker a little over two months ago, but I’ve been struggling with making a decent amount of sales. I’m gonna try these strategies next time I go to work :)
