2 tbsp flour
1/4 cup water

Dough
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup bread flour (set aside 1 cup of mixed flour)
1/2 tsp salt
1 pc egg
1/4 cup warm milk or water
1 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup mango nectar juice
1 tbsp mango essence
1/4 cup sugar
2-3 drops orange food color
2 tbsp butter
