Adding Videos to a PDF using Adobe Indesign

Trust document button does not work. I set it to "Trust this document always," the message bar does not disappear, and the video does not play.

I am in dire need of creating a PDF file with embedded videos, from InDesign layout. This tutorial no longer works and my system is forcing the use of Flash. How do we get around this?

Is there a way to have the video looping? Also, the video I have inserted into my indesign file, once exported appears as a black frame to start with, then auto plays. Not sure what I am doing wrong, how can I make sure the video initial frame appears from the start?

I cannot play videos in PDF anymore due to the end of Flash Player. I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro and there is no option to uncheck "use Flash-Player to play 3D and multimedia content" in the preferences under "3D and multimedia". Is there any other option to view videos in a PDF-file?
