easy fishnet sleeves/shrug | crochet tutorial

Can I do this with a 4.0 hook without looking ugly ?

Question: I’m trying to do this but my sleeve is EXTREMLY wide. Is this normal..?

I have adhd and always get hooked and loose track of time but I looked over and it had been less than 15 mins and I was halfway through my second row 🎉

If when i start the sleeve and it's too small to fit around my arm should i just chain however many i need for it to fit round and then attach? Because im making this shrug and that's what i've tried but im noticing it's too wide, like sticking out to the side? is there a way to fix this?

Hey, Anna!! First of all, thank you for making this - such a quick, simple and helpful tutorial. I’m in the midst of making this shrug and while I’ve finally picked it up, I’m afraid I have made it a bit smaller (the arm holes seem tight and there isn’t enough panels to make it larger).. is there a way I can still try to salvage it? Can I add more panels once I’m done with the sleeves? Or just any other way

Imma be honest I love crocheting but I am a QUITTER at heart, the only decent sized project I've ever completed is a love heart granny square tote bag (i've done smaller stuff and stuffed animals and I find that they tend to be easier to do because I get bored of repetition) but this, this was quite quick and very easy. Honestly if something takes more than a day I'm rlly ready to give up but I actually enjoyed this, thanks so much for the tutorial <3

Is it supposed to be wide at the bottoms of the sleeves? If not then I'm doing smth wrong 😂

I don't know how to crochet but I want to learn it :) and I have been eyeing these fishnet sleeves for a long time so i thought to make them myself. But as a beginner I have few questions
1. Does the number of rows depend upon the size of our armpit or is it 8 rows for everyone? I want the front and the back part to be a bit more longer too.
Basically I want it a bit oversized
