what is the difference between the 604 and 604e. i just purchased a 604e at the thrift store for 15 bucks. and do you have a vid on winding the bobbin

Does this machine use the guide type cord foot. They are 1/8, 1/4, 3/32,5/32, etc which will allow a tight straight even stitch that will keep the cord in place snugly. I want to do some welting and need a machine like this one that can use the half moon cording foot.
