my regular ps4 controller works but i bought a new ps4 and it doesn’t seem to connect

Dude I did everything right but when I’m installing my controller never turns on all get the noise and all the right stuff except no lights and it dosent work

I opened install page but I couldn't find any wireless selectin.

I need help I was recently using scptoolkit ,but I recently upgraded my motherboard and redownloaded windows now I can’t get it to work

everytime i plug my controller in again it does not work and i have to download it agan. What did i do wrong?

I can confirm ps3 controller works with windows 11 at least when wired. And if your having an issue with finding the install file theres a link on github
