Coinbase vs. Coinbase Pro | Shifu Digital

My name is Alex and I have a few questions about Coinbace and Coinbase Pro.

1. This would be my first crypto buying and I wish to know which would you recommend creating first in order to buy bitcoin? Coinbase or Coinbase Pro. I have gotten confused by the two platforms and I don't know what is the point to keep Coinbase account if people can buy and procure more way cheaper on Pro?.
2. Do you think it gonna be a good idea if I register and create an account on Pro to buy my first Crypto?
If you have something special in your mind, I would be more than happy if you could shed some light or help with my predicament.
