and yet it goes on great film!
ОтветитьNo George Soros ?
ОтветитьThe German's were defeated and the SOVIET, commies were victorious...and then 100 million people were killed. Most movies ignore this fact.
ОтветитьSpielberg omitted Schindler's actions as the war was ending. He made a deal with a corrupt army officer to obtain guns and ammunition so his workers could defend themselves from fanatic SS determined to "finish the job."
ОтветитьAnd today still these people are persecuted even in their homeland
ОтветитьHe had a good business model, not having to pay any wages..
ОтветитьI'm a black woman and an atheist. The fact that antisemitism still exists disgusts me.
ОтветитьI have always thought that there will be another Holocaust. I just prayed it wasn’t in my life time. The anti-Semitism in this world, not just the Middle East but in Europe and North America, among not uneducated rednecks but among the supposed intellectual elites, our intelligentsia, is as powerful today as it was in academia in Europe and N America in Hitler’s time. I have never fully understood the hatred. I served in Iraq and met several Arabs, some well educated men who seemed decent but would bring up Israel into the conversation and become raving lunatics, frothing with hatred. The truth is that the world in general, and the Middle East, especially the Fertile Crescent, have seen waves of immigrants and no one people have an indisputable claim to Israel, even the Jews. But this is certain: Muslims in Israel are treated as citizens and serve both in the IDF and Knesset. Jews within Gaza, the West Bank or any other Muslim nation, are treated as hunted animals with no civil rights.
ОтветитьOskar Schindler died October 1974, he was 66 years old. He is buried at Mount Zion Catholic Cemetery in Jerusalem, Israel. After the war he was financial supported by Schindlerjuden ("Schindler Jews") -- the people whose lives he had saved during the war.
As of this day he is the only former Nazi buried in Israel. He and his wife Emilie were named Righteous Among the Nations by the Israeli government in 1993.
As of 2023 there is over 9,000 descendants of the original 1200 Schindler Jews.
Be nice if Jews could afford Palestinians equal mercy today.
ОтветитьSchindler's List was one of the greatest comedies in cinematic history
ОтветитьOskar might have spared the guards a brutal retaliation of the red army if they killed the workers. If they get arrested they can say that they never harmed one single worker. If they left a pile of corpses, the Russians would have wanted revenge and hunted them down. So the guards were also saved accidentally by Schindler.
ОтветитьAn astounding film.
ОтветитьThe volume in this video is as low as the German morale in 1945
Ответить3.40. "I said three minutes of SILENCE; dammit!"
ОтветитьStill for me the best film of all times. In in the last three years I often cited Schindlers List describing what’s currently going on.
ОтветитьThe fact that Spielberg included the Mourners Kaddish at the end of this scene and spoken by the rabbi is my favorite part.
ОтветитьSound too low--can't hear anything.
ОтветитьLittle bitch your from battleship...
ОтветитьNazis: I don’t want to fight anymore; I don’t want to kill anymore
ОтветитьBest speech
Ответить“Here they are, they’re all here. This is your opportunity..”
Germans: “Okay.” BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM!
Roll credits
That SS lieutenant's leaders are either dead, caught by the allies, or are in hiding on the run from justice.. He made the right choice to fuck it, let's go and get with our own lifes..
ОтветитьThe SS were hunted down, either way, filthy animals!
ОтветитьNow Jews Who fled from Europe are killing innocent people of Palestine.
ОтветитьSecond Interpretation existiert nicht
ОтветитьIncarnation of God himself
ОтветитьA hmuhnawm hi ka tia..
ОтветитьA masterpiece EXCEPT for this speech. Did Spielberg really think he could sum up the Holocaust in a few words from Mr. Schindler? And if I were one of these slave laborers, I'd be far more interested in wreaking revenge on the guards who made my life a living hell for years instead offering forgiveness. After what they'd done to me, I sure wouldn't allow them to just slip away quietly if I could help it.
ОтветитьA good movie. But why Hollywood never made a similar about the 7 million Ukrainians exterminated in 1933? The only one I've seen is Harvest of Sorrow, a movie with a second-rate script, no memorable music, unknown director, and even less known actors.
ОтветитьThose nazi soldiers knew their lives were no longer in danger if they didn't massacre those innocent people. Hence why they all walked away.
ОтветитьWhy are they listening to an English broadcast by Winston Churchill? Would these people understand English?
ОтветитьMore garbage from the same GARBAGE masters.
Like their big six. The truth is out.
Goes to show how effective some scenes in films can be without incidental music getting in the way of the emotion
ОтветитьThe fact that he was corrupt, utterly selfish, a playboy, and completely amoral, was the only reason he was able to accomplish what he did. A truly wonderful imperfect contradictory man, and an amazing transformation.
ОтветитьIs it still "too soon" to say that Hitler actually only made The Jews more powerful than ever before, driving them to America, the whole Anglophone world, and Palestine most of all which created such a geopolitical synergy that it governs affairs to this very day?
ОтветитьOskar Schindler to nazista członek nsdap Żydzi uczynili z niego bohatera ponieważ arystokracja żydowska była gwarantem zbrodni Holokaustu II wojny światowej
ОтветитьThose SS soldiers, SS officers, and hitler youth knew Hitler and most of his entourage are now DEAD, IN ALLIED CAVITITY, OR ON THE RUN FROM JUSTICE.. Just go home!!!
ОтветитьLies, baby, lies.
ОтветитьWho could blame the jews for wanting revenge
ОтветитьSchindler actually did have speakers installed throughout the factory and broadcasted Churchill's speech detailing Germany's surrender and told his workers that they were free to go anywhere they wanted but lamented there was nothing more he could do for them.
Ответитьמרגששש נצח ישראל לא ישכח
ОтветитьI like the subtle detail of the commandant just standing there, as if considering Schindler's offered proposition, before turning down the opportunity and just leaving along with the rest of his men.
ОтветитьMay 7th, 1945.. Schlinder's boss shot himself in his Berlin bunker with his wife Eva Braun on April 30th, 1945.. Oscar Schlinder and his 1,200 people were very safe at this point.. So proud of him!! In a matter of hours if not minutes, the Third Reich will pass into history... Hitler and most of his close entourage are dead already, Goering is in allied custody, and Himmler is hiding as a coward.. Yeah it is not worth putting the world as in danger anymore..
ОтветитьSchindler: I demand 3 minutes of silence
Jew in the background: AHHHH
