I’m sure you got this before but DR whalls protocol seems to be a wonder to MS sufferers. She managed to reverse hers quite significantly. Vitamin D, K, very specific foods focusing on lowering inflammation and supporting mitochondria. I don’t have it, I think. But I’m eating kale onions and shiitake mushrooms like crazy.

I can see and feel ho hard is this on you no matter how happy you look.. I feel it deeply.. I inject methotrexate once weekly, and I can't tell you how much I hate it.. It makes me sick and it makes my hair falls badly.. Demi, You are a living hero and you should always be proud of your self❤️ you can beat this ugly disease.. Stay positive.. And enjoy your life 😘

You have to take Vitamin D3 together with Vitamin K2 … not alone!!! I have MS and I am taking D3+K2 , B12 , Omega3 , Selinium , Curcumin , … and I am not taking any medicine because it doesn’t help healing… the medicine for MS are only slowing the progression of it not more … I am taking something else ( natural) which is helping me since my diagnosis with MS …

Beautiful lady you said something, "My MS" ; please, please do not take ownership of that diagnosis. Words are powerful and the universe aligns. Tell your body you are healed. I believe with detoxing the body of toxins and a certain diet, our bodies rid disease. Be healed!!!

When I was doing research about diseases, I found the MS diet, it could put MS I to remission for longer but it doesn't work for everyone. It's worth a try
It's mostly paleo with fasting I belief. Main thing 2as to cut out dairy, sugar, eggs and all grains so that's leave syou with plants seads and meat basically. The lady who found the diet has MS herself but this diet seems to work for most auto immuun related diseases. You don't leave the disease completely but it's a big win if you don't suffer as much. I'd never tell anyone to stop taking their meds and before starting this diet maybe discus it with your doctor. I hope everyone feels better and lives a happy and healthy life

my daughter is 34 but was diagnosed when she was 11. (with JRA) Juveniles Rumotoid Arthritis and 1 of her medications she had to give herself shots and she had something similar

I did the Avonex injections for three years. Now I’m taking a pill twice a day. I hated those injections so much. I thank God for all of the researchers for finding more forms of treatments. God bless you ❤️

Hi Demi I too have MS and I'm on the 3x a week Copaxone. Speak to your Neurologist about switching. I hated taking it every day, 3x a week is better.

Are you on any other MS medication? I also take Ampyra since I have leg spasms and foot drop.

A friend of mine… her mother in law was diagnosed with MS… she changed her diet drastically with the help of a specialist (one of the things is that she cut ALL processed sugar) and her condition is stable for years now. Of course she takes medication etc but the food is also important. She is very strong… imagine not eating nothing that has sugar for years now.
