How to Add a Divi Email Optin to Your Gutenberg Blog Post

This would have been nice, except now my Divi page builder presets for blog pages are overwriting the settings from the library entry we create here. E.G. the post you create here does NOT retain its formatting if you also use the Divi Theme Builder, which is one of the best Divi features.
