New Tool Makes AI VECTOR Logos (You're Seeing This First!)

One thing to keep in mind is that this is the FIRST tool like this. There are no other publicly available tools that I've come across that can use AI to generate vector art with multiple layers. All the people pointing out that the logos aren't the best logos they've ever seen are missing the point. This is round 1. This is where Dall-e was a year ago. It's only up from here. Sure, the logos have a long way to go to be amazing but look how far other generative art has come. People will be looking at videos like this one in a month and thinking "damn... that progressed quickly" just like they do with MidJourney and Stable Diffusion now.

I donno if its worth it as I am already an SVG artist, ofc speeding up time is always worth it, but I signed up and tried to get a free trial and they don't give it. Can you do more examples? as these don't really work for what I do.

They should have included a free version, or a free period like midjourney.

I was already creating logos while I was still watching/listening to your video. I was waiting for this! Nice stuff. Especially as design inspiration.

There's a script extension for automatic1111 Stable Diffusion that will generate vectors for you as well. same .svg format option.

There's a script for Stable Diffusion that saves an SVG version of generated images, but its pretty limited. I'm usually better off saving the image and using Inkscape's Trace Bitmap option. It's nice this tool separates out the layers.

Thanks, another great video. However, why wouldn't you show how the software creates paths -- in terms of how "clean" they are regarding how efficient the use of points is? Or what techniques it uses to create cut-out/pathfinder effects?

Vectorizing images from Midjourney is the better way in my opinion.

Using Stable Diffusion or Midjourney with specific prompting, then using Illustrator > Image Trace will get way better results IMHO.

This vectors looks cheap, ugly and useless. You can get much, much better results from Midjourney. Just vectorize raster Midjourney images in Illustrator.

Not going to use this tool because they dont even give you a trial mode to see the quality. Blue Willow can do this easy for free

Btw, the results are technically bad. but if have a small business and have no budget and design is not a priority the n this tool is for you.

if you would quit telling it what to draw it might be able to do something useful. when you tell me to draw a coffee cup and a puppy that's what I would draw. try asking it to do something instead of telling it what to do. and none of these things are logos. they are just pieces of crappy art not connected to any brand identity thus they are not logos.

Now make an AI that can vectorize my logo sketches with clean curves and we're talking.
