I dated a girl from Brazil. She told me about the attitude toward sex & sexuality in Brazil was much more casual & relaxed than in the states. To me that seems more liberated than this description which sounds maybe more proactive about introducing youth to sexuality. I do think our society seems to have a fair amount of dysfunction around sexuality with all of the extreme opinions, porn, moral judgement etc. A society that has no need to tell its own or others how to be to me sounds the most liberated.

I have often asked the question and never gotten a good answer. If we could 100% control pregnancy and disease, I know we're not anywhere close to that but this is a hypothetical, if we could do that, what would be wrong with having multiple sex partners? You must not include god or religion in your answer.

This is NOT an example of Sexually Liberated.

First, we need to show civilized nations, not just remote islands.

Second, as others have pointed out...sexual liberation is the way in which adults should have the freedom to enjoy sexuality, express sexuality, and be sexual, in all forms and in any context. That is the TRUE sexual liberation.

I would say Germany and Europe in general is sexually liberated.

The United States is actually the most restrictive nation regarding sexuality. Despite some areas and events, most of the nation strictly prohibits anything sexual. Not allowed to talk about sex. Not allowed to admit you enjoy sex. Not allowed to dress sexual or be sexually playful. Everything sexual is restricted. Especially with heterosexual adults.

And yet sexuality should be encouraged, because it is the greatest pleasures, and essential nourishment. That is what being sexually liberated truly means. A society that knows and understands, that all forms of sexuality are natural, healthy, and in fact spiritual. That is true sexual liberation..
