Such a great painter, if only people could say his name correctly (This is a light hearted joke, pls do not take too seriously)
ОтветитьCan you imagine how that curator would have reacted if he found out that time travel was involved? Imagine realizing that the weirdo who cried at your speech about your favorite artist in history was the artist that you praised so highly, and imagine if you discover that your speech made that great artist keep going for just a little bit longer.
ОтветитьFun fact: his great grand nephew recently quit his job and became a artist/painter himself and is doing quite well! Lieuwe van Gogh. Even looks like a young vincent a bit, in a modern package
ОтветитьBada$$$ 😢❤
ОтветитьI stumbled upon this video after watching the film Loving Vincent and this scene made me sob uncontrollably.
ОтветитьI remembr when my teacher played this scene in class about a year or two after it aired. I fell of watching Who when Matt Smith's era began, but this scene was the first time I remember that passion was reignited. Holy shit.
ОтветитьJust realised something, Van Gogh is Dutch, we do 3 kisses instead of the usual 2
ОтветитьI'm completely obsessed with the Doctor posing in front of the statue showing the slaying of Medusa. He knows that this is the good part, the part where they win a little bit.
Ответить❤️🤧
ОтветитьOh this made me cry. Poor Vincent.
ОтветитьThe only mistake I can see, is that Vincent has two ears- but I still cried. A lot.
ОтветитьHits me every time!!!! 🙏❤️
ОтветитьI always cringe at this. Embarrassing!
ОтветитьThis is so corny and cringe worthy.
ОтветитьRIP Pete Twamley
Ответить🥲
ОтветитьI just had a good cry.
ОтветитьThis scene itself is as much of a masterpiece as Van Goghs work.
ОтветитьA true inspiration that never fails to impress.
ОтветитьAm sure this is not the original music used in this scene....memory cheating or copywrite issues? ;)
ОтветитьVan Gogh ... fascinated by the building, technology, other artists ... how to capture an artist perfectly ...
ОтветитьCould it be, surely not ... no of course not ...
ОтветитьI don't watch Dr Who regularly so this is my first time seeing this scene. It's truly wonderful and very touching.
ОтветитьSimply beautiful.
Ответитьgood thing they didn’t travel to 2070, when urban youths burned down the museum
Ответить🙏🏽
ОтветитьIt was his bday yesterday ❤
ОтветитьI cry every time I see this. One of the best Doctor episodes 🥰
ОтветитьR.I.P Van Gogh. Your legacy will live on through your amazing work forever.🎨
ОтветитьSo thats where Van Gogh got his ideas for the paintings from ;)
ОтветитьOne of the greatest scenes in tv show history.
ОтветитьHow beautiful to show the real Van Gogh his work.
ОтветитьI love ❤️ this scene. Vincent and the Doctor is one of my favorite Doctor Who episodes ever. Tony Curran did such an amazing job as Vincent Van Gogh and he looks just like him. It's amazing. Van Gogh is truly the finest painter who ever lived and one of the greatest people ever.
ОтветитьOne of the best scenes of the entire history of television. I still cry a bit whenever I watch it
ОтветитьIs that Tony Curran as Van Gogh?
